Motel policies.

These policies form part of your booking. If anything here is unclear, or you need to arrange an early check-in or a late check-out, please call reception on 02 6543 3444 before you arrive. A printable copy is available as a PDF.

Important notice

1. Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered.
2. Extra person charges are $20 per person.
3. It is mandatory for all customers and their visitors to share their ID cards.
4. No drugs of any sort are permitted on Motel premises.
5. We do not allow pets.
6. Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.
7. Cancellation is 48 hours prior to booking, and after this time 100% of the first night rate will be charged.
8. No brought-in cooking appliances are allowed to be used in rooms — air fryers, frying pans, portable cookers and the like.

Motel policy and house rules

1. Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with Motel reception.
2. Minors are not permitted to book or stay in Motel rooms alone, due to age restrictions and the minimum age of 18 years.
3. Guests will be provided a key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the Motel’s reception desk. Other options are available by contacting reception between office hours.
4. Since the Motel is located within a residential area, it is required that guests — particularly those in groups — are respectful regarding noise during the evenings.
5. For any damage done to the Motel amenities, articles, furniture, property and so on, by or due to the guests themselves or their visitors or any other person for whom they are responsible, the guests are liable to make up the charge in full and for the amount deemed appropriate by the Management.
6. Visitors entering the guest room are strictly prohibited. However, in the case of exceptional circumstances, the Management may allow visitors to a guest room only after photo identification has been shown.
7. The Motel may deny further accommodation to a guest who does not prove to be decent and comply with Motel policy and rules.
8. No guests are allowed to sleep on the floor or on lounges in rooms. If there is only a queen bed, only two guests will be allowed in the room.
9. Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his or her room, or any other area within the Motel grounds, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of a default, the Management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him or her.
10. Guests are requested to observe, abide by, conform to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations.
11. Car parks are limited to one per room. These parks are allocated for guests only — all visitors must park outside Motel premises.
12. The Management reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above policy, terms, conditions and rules at any point in time without prior notice.
